Whatever the issue is, we can try to fix it. The only thing we can't do is reverse cell chemistry - but no worries, should that be in the worst-case scenario, the battery diagnosis only costs €35.

Once we diagnose the issue, we will reach out back to inform you and should more parts be required a separate payment email will be issued.

How does the process work?

1. Place an order with this service repair item.

2. Pack the battery and charger and optionally any other related items that are potentially defective (controller, display, main harness, 5 pin plug, rear wheel etc).
Please make sure you write your order number anywhere on or inside the box!
Order the shipping label - any courier would do. https://ecoparcel.eu is just an example.

Make sure you select the correct insurance shipping value - in case the courier loses or damages the parcel during transit, so you are covered!

We will collect every weekend from our London address and return the repaired items a week later, then shipping them back to your address.

3. Drop the parcel to the shipping courier - or wait for them to come and collect it from your address, depending on the shipping terms of the courier you have chosen.

What's next? Sit back and relax. We will take care of the rest, do the repairs and send you everything in working order.

All the service repairs have a 6-month warranty at peace of mind!

Of course - this should be common sense, but we want to make it clear that the following (and not limited to) are not subject to warranty coverage - but only on the service repairs we actually touch: battery cells themselves, water damage of any kind, damaged, motor cables, exploded motor/controller plugs and fried / overheated controller/battery/charger etc.

Usually, we return the repaired items within less than a week after we receive them. Battery balancing operations and some other complex interventions could take longer.
