It's engineered for ultimate compatibility, offering a true plug & play experience with any hub motor featuring the JB 250W plug (compatible with CZJB-250W and CZJB-750W motors) and, crucially, the DATE BBx2 bottom bracket with TORQUE sensor. This means the controller intelligently responds to how hard you're pushing the pedals, delivering power proportionally – the harder you push the pedals, the more power you squeeze from the controller. It's like having a mind-reading assistant for your legs, making your ride feel way more natural and intuitive, like a regular bicycle on steroids!

Unlike many stock e-bike controllers that use older, less efficient squarewave technology, the DATE Cx1-JB-250W-TORQUE features advanced sinewave technology. What does that mean for your ride? It translates to a noticeably smoother, quieter, and more efficient motor operation. You'll experience less motor noise, a more fluid power delivery, and potentially better battery range compared to choppy squarewave controllers. Plus, it's engineered to be about half the size of many standard controllers, making installation cleaner and more discreet.

Beyond its core functionality, the DATE Cx1-JB-250W-TORQUE offers broad compatibility with your existing e-bike setup:

  • The controller's main harness is seamlessly compatible with the DATE MHx1, ensuring a plug-and-play fit with any MATE X bike.
  • Out of the box, it connects effortlessly with a range of popular displays: the DATE DPx1 largest color screen size with the ability to lock it at the touch of a button, the vibrant medium sized DATE EGGRIDER-C1 color display or the compact DATE EGGRIDER V2 stealthiest display.
